YOGA CHIKITSA

The practice of yoga chikitsa (yoga therapy) helps to cleanse and purify the internal organs of the body. The asanas (postures) involved are effective in preventing the accumulation of waste products, keeping the body free from disease. Yogasana (yoga posture) can help to rebalance and already diseased body and maintain balance in a healthy body.
